Green smoothies is not as substitute for breakfast, dinner, or  substitute for water intake. This is just one way to increase of vegetables and fruits intake. Switching breakfast or dinner with drinks it, will decrease your metabolism and reduces energy. Drinking eight glasses of water a day should still do, because fiber absorbs water inside body.

1. For amateurs, try to combine more fruit than vegetables. When it is used, can be combined into a 50% fruit and 50% vegetable or according to taste.
